1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DebTrack application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DivData Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), which operates DebTrack at debtrack.in.

2. Description of Service

DebTrack is a personal finance tracking tool that helps users consolidate and manage their loans, EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments), and debt obligations. The App provides:

• Manual loan entry and tracking
• EMI calendar and payment reminders
• Consolidated dashboard for all loans
• Repayment progress tracking
• Monthly financial summaries
• EMI calculator
• Apply a Loan — submit a loan application by providing your Name, desired Loan Amount, and Mobile Number

3. Eligibility

To use DebTrack, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid mobile phone number for account registration
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

4. User Account

4.1 Registration

You are required to create an account to use the App. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. User Data & Accuracy

All loan data entered manually into the App is provided by you. DebTrack does not verify the accuracy of user-provided data. You are solely responsible for the correctness of any information you enter.

5A. Apply a Loan — Loan Application Terms

The "Apply a Loan" feature allows you to submit a loan enquiry by providing the following information:

• Full Name — as it appears on your official identification documents
• Loan Amount — the amount you wish to borrow (in INR)
• Mobile Number — a valid Indian mobile number for communication

5A.1 Purpose of Collection

The information you provide through the "Apply a Loan" form is collected solely to process your loan enquiry and connect you with potential lending partners. By submitting the form, you consent to DebTrack sharing this information with our partner lending institutions.

5A.2 No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a loan application through DebTrack does not guarantee loan approval. All lending decisions are made solely by the respective partner lending institutions based on their own eligibility criteria and policies. DebTrack has no influence over, and assumes no responsibility for, any lending decision.

5A.3 Communication Consent

By providing your mobile number through the "Apply a Loan" feature, you consent to receiving calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages from DebTrack and/or our partner lending institutions regarding your loan enquiry. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at divdatatechnologies@gmail.com.

5A.4 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided in the loan application is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and/or suspension of your DebTrack account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the App without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App are the exclusive property of DivData Technologies or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including push notification services, analytics tools, and partner lending institutions. DivData Technologies is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

When you use the "Apply a Loan" feature, your submitted information (Name, Loan Amount, Mobile Number) may be shared with third-party lending partners. These partners are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review independently.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DivData Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, financial losses resulting from decisions made using the App, or missed payments based on App notifications.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
