1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DebTrack application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DebTrack ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

DebTrack is a personal finance tracking tool that helps users consolidate and manage their loans, EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments), and debt obligations. The App provides:

• Manual loan entry and tracking
• EMI calendar and payment reminders
• Consolidated dashboard for all loans
• Repayment progress tracking
• Monthly financial summaries

3. Eligibility

To use DebTrack, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid mobile phone number for account registration
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

4. User Account

4.1 Registration

You are required to create an account to use the App. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. User Data & Accuracy

All loan data entered manually into the App is provided by you. DebTrack does not verify the accuracy of user-provided data. You are solely responsible for the correctness of any information you enter.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the App without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App are the exclusive property of DebTrack or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including push notification services and analytics tools. DebTrack is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DebTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, financial losses resulting from decisions made using the App, or missed payments based on App notifications.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
